The first presented responsive and interactive course is directed to people working for the union. To bring enlightenment on how norms affect our perspectives and decisions, and how to act beyond them. The second is for union members and potential members, highlighting their rights and benefits. They both aim to engage, motivate, and provide the user with information that sticks.
