Learning experience design that brings knowledge and depth

This case features two responsive, interactive digital learning courses created for two major unions. Together, these courses demonstrate how thoughtful learning experience design can turn complex topics into meaningful, memorable learning journeys. I led the creative direction, ideation, and visual quality of these learning experiences. Making sure to maintain scalable design systems and meet customers' and end users' needs without compromising quality or accessibility. 

Course 1 helps union employees explore how norms shape perspectives and decisions, and how to act beyond them.
Course 2 gives members and potential members a clear, engaging overview of their rights and benefits.
